Inaugural "C ‘Ya Jimmy" Award Presented at Pasatiempo
The Inaugural "C ‘Ya Jimmy" award, which was brought over from Scotland by our good friend Alex Webster, will be given to the captain of the highest scoring team in all future Clark Brothers Invitationals. It is a perpetual award, and is comprised of a special "C ‘Ya Jimmy" Scottish hat, complete with it’s own red mullet. Also included is a half-pint of Scotch Whisky, although that part of the award will no doubt be replenished from year to year. We would like to thank Alex very much for his forethought, and for starting what will no doubt be a very enjoyable tradition. The first recipient of the award, is none other than our beloved Jim Retzlaff, whose team set a new CBI record by finishing at an alarming 9 over par. Jim’s team included Eric Molinar, Joe Cirincione and Henry Torres. Jim can be seen below in his entire splendor, wearing his new prize, which he must keep in good condition to pass on to another poor bloke next year. Feel free to drown your sorrows in the whisky though Jimmy, as you deserve it!
